Stock fraud is one of the fastest growing frauds there are. The FTC keeps having to stop the trading on these penny stocks do to all the fraud going on.

What happens is that someone will buy a million share of this stuff at a penny a share, then they send out a billion emails telling everyone how cool the stock is and how fast it’s going to go up. Then idiots who believe the crap they get in their email box buy the stock and drive the price up (Hey, it did go up, it’s not a lie.. LOL). The scammers then dump their stock for 10 times what they bought it for, and the poor sucker who bought from their “HOT TIP”, just lost his retirement money and has to spend the last years of his life working as a crossing guard in Anchorage, Alaska instead of hanging out on a golf course in Arizona.
